Overview

As Senior Producer, you will manage the development, production, and operations for podcasts focused on all things relevant to business: from entrepreneurship to the economy, career growth to crypto. In partnership with the Director of Audio and Head of Multimedia, you will elevate and grow massive, multi-platform productions.

This is a senior position in our Multimedia Department, perfect for an expert podcast producer/showrunner with management experience and a passion for creating informative, original shows. Great candidates are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have experience working with both in-house and external talent. 

Here’s what you’ll be working on:

- Developing and overseeing the editorial strategy, growth, and operations of 1-2 podcasts (managing the content calendar, and overseeing from pre- to post-production workflows)

- Building and managing a team of producers, engineers, journalists, and hosts 

- Coordinating with several key stakeholders across the newsroom (video, written, social) as we continue to expand our podcast into a multi-format franchises

What makes you qualified?

- Passion, curiosity around, and enthusiasm for business and thought leadership content—a genuine desire to build go-to podcast content for the modern business leader 

- You are highly collaborative and an excellent communicator

- 5-6 years of experience in podcast production/management 

- Some experience in audio editing (Pro Tools, Audition, or a software of your choice)
