Summary:
In this role, you will provide technical guidance to both internal & external teams, as well as support the engineering team as needed. You will ensure providers have a successful member experience with the LENS (Learning and ENgagement System) digital visual management system including access management and training.
Responsibilities:
Ability to be a member point of contact for LENS provisioning/implementation.
Troubleshoot and document errors and/or issues.
Provide technical expertise and guidance during provider check-ins, and as requested by internal employees.
Serve as a contact for providers and communicate their needs/requests to the product team.
Provide product training to users – onsite and virtual.
Write release notes and communicate changes to internal stakeholders and members.
Provision LENS boards for member’s pre-launch.
Communicate with the Leadership Team and report out on working groups, and initiatives involved in, and identify value added to the company based on those working groups.
Provide support to product management and development engineers by serving as the voice of the end user.
Qualifications:
Relevant degree preferred.
2 or more years of relevant experience required.
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to a variety of audiences preferred.
Ability to work in a team environment that requires quick turnaround and quality output preferred.
Willingness to travel.
Estimated Hiring Range:
$68,500.00 - $99,400.00
