Product Analyst

The Deposits 2.0 Product Integration team is seeking a hands-on Product Associate who will dive head-first into modernizing our firmwide core deposit platform. The Deposits 2.0 Product operates as an agile team within the Consumer Bank, sitting at the intersection of business and technology. This role will support the creation of modern interfaces and transition hundreds of dependent products and applications to the new core deposits platform. If you have proven experience launching successful software products in dynamic, consumer-facing companies, passion for improving people’s financial lives, the ability to craft and deliver creative solutions to challenging but exciting customer problems, then we are looking for you!

Job Description:

  • Work with a team to create and maintain a comprehensive inventory of Deposits interfaces
  • Help establish interface and interoperability design patterns for the new Deposits ecosystem.
  • Establish relationships with supporting product teams to provide insight into upcoming changes and identify interface risks and impediments as early as possible
  • Gather interface needs and requirements from supporting product areas and turn into JIRA stories
  • Support interface design, build and delivery
  • Ensure adherence to Deposits interface versioning and supportability strategies and standards
  • Align supporting product teams’ modernization roadmaps with Deposits 2.0 roadmap
  • Help create and manage the master interface build and transition plan
  • Coordinate supporting product transition to Deposits 2.0 interfaces and interoperability patterns

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • 3 - 5 years of product management or technology experience preferably in the financial sector
  • Working knowledge of online and batch interfaces, middleware, and data strategies wiin modern architectural contexts
  • Prior experience with systems migrations or modernization a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to partner and influence outcomes in a complex organization
  • Thrives with ambiguity, can carve a path forward and act with urgency despite long delivery horizons
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in JIRA or other work management tools

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $40.00 - $43.00 per hour
