About the role
Rokt is hiring a Product Analytics Manager to join our Analytics team. We are a data driven company, and data is at the heart of all of our decision making. We are looking for someone who will help the business innovate and grow through comprehensive and actionable data driven insights. As a Product Analytics Manager, you will hire and develop a team of Product Analysts in a player-coach capacity, be responsible for partnering with our Product Managers and using data to prioritize our product roadmap and measure the success of key initiatives. You will also work cross functionally across Engineering, Data Science, and the GTM Analytics team to generate actionable insights and influence their roadmaps. You will also be expected to own and develop new metrics, measurement frameworks, track performance, define success for various features and investigate changes in their KPIs. An ideal candidate will have experience managing a high performing Product Analytics team that develops scalable data products, produces accurate and statistically robust analyses, and communicates in a way that makes analyses and models easy to interpret by stakeholders and other analytics teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of analysts responsible for developing measurement frameworks and reporting for our Product and Engineering teams.
- Develop a program to manage experimentation analytics end-to-end
- Provide product managers and engineering teams with recommendations about our partners, advertisers, and customers that help them achieve business outcomes through by unearthing actionable insights across our product suite
- Partner with Data Science to democratize the usage of models such as churn models across our GTM and Growth teams
- Offer thought partnership to stakeholders by deconstructing problem statements into quantitative hypotheses and proposing associated analyses
- Define measurement frameworks and analyze our north star metric and KPIs and to inform decision-making and measure success
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to baseline and monitor Product usage and company-wide metrics
- Collaborate with the product team to set SMART goals for the organization and implement methods to track progress
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations Research, Statistics or an equivalent quantitative field
- 6+ years of experience in Analytics or Data Science
- Experience building and leading a team of analysts and fostering their career growth. 2+ years of experience managing Analytics teams
- Deep SQL skills and proficiency in working with big data and ETL management
- Expertise with a statistical language such as Python or R
- Autonomous, detail-oriented, and comfortable with breaking down ambiguous problems into quantitative solutions
- Comfortable working cross-functionally to create alignment between GTM, Engineering and Product teams and synthesize complex analyses to drive decision-making
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Team player who positively contributes to the culture of the Analytics team and Rokt
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in Statistics, Analytics, Data Science, or an equivalent quantitative field
- 5+ years of experience in Product Analytics
- 2+ years of experience analyzing ecommerce data
- Familiar with data mining and data engineering
- Python/R experience strongly preferred
- Experience communicating results and business impact of analytical deep dives to senior leadership
- Experience with statistical analyses and familiarity with basic machine learning
