Onehome is looking for a Data Analyst.
Job Summary:
Our Data Analyst is responsible for all aspects of analytics to meet customers' needs. The Data Analyst provides a single point of contact to partner with customers in defining scope and objectives. Follows the analytics problem-solving methodology. Develops work plans to ensure analytics are completed accurately and on time. Gathers and integrates appropriate data, conducts analyses, chooses appropriate output/visualization for the end customer, and communicates findings effectively. Ensures adherence to the highest quality standards and maintains appropriate documentation.
What to expect in your role:
- Performs functions related to problem definition, data collection, interpretation and analysis, visualization, and presentation/communication of results and recommendations.
- Ensures timely completion of all analytics projects.
- Support initiatives for data integrity and normalization
- Manage program/project charters including vision, governance model, high-level scope, goals, benefits, risk/issue management, and success metric
- Work with teams to conduct root cause analyses and communicate improvement recommendations
- Ensures documentation of processes, analytics design, measure definitions, data integration, and development.
- Maintain program sites as a repository for all project information
- Support project execution by helping the program owner, as well as supporting leadership meetings, facilitation, and coordination with all clients.
- Breadth of Knowledge: Has expanded knowledge gained through experience within a professional area.
- Team Interaction: Provides informal guidance and support to team members.

What you need to succeed:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Expertise with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.
- Previous experience as a data analyst or in a related field
- Knowledge of Excel, SQL, Oracle, etc.
- Basic understanding of applied statistics (mean, median, mode, range, bell curves, etc.)
- Ability to work independently as well as within a distributed team
- Experience in data modeling, cleansing, profiling, and remediation
- Experience gathering business requirements, using business intelligence tools to extract data, formulate metrics, & build reports
- 1-3 years of experience with healthcare data and claims data, Preferred
- Working knowledge of project management and planning tools [ex: JIRA], Preferred
- Agile/Scrum experience preferred
