About the Job

Title: Product BSA

Location: Remote OK – but Chicagoland area preferred, as occasional non-reimbursed meetings will be required onsite.

Bitwise is seeking a fulltime Product Business Systems Analyst

What you’ll do:

You will be responsible for coordinating with various business stakeholders to review and refine backlog items pertaining to e-commerce solutions and making them ready for the developers.

You will consistently interact with end business users to identify must-have, nice-to-have user stories, and define priorities accordingly.

You will effectively communicate across all departments in the organization from technical staff to executive stakeholders

Must Haves:

7+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst for Ecommerce Domain.

Expertise in Adobe Commerce and Magento

Familiarity with customization using XML, Layout XML, and Magento APIs.

Familiarity with the integration of third-party systems and APIs, such as payment gateways, shipping providers, and ERP systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.

Enjoy participating in product development discovery and high-level estimates and sizing.

o Experience or at least familiarity working with:

o Commercial products like B2B, B2C

o Customer Loyalty, Salesforce CRM

o Partner Channels, Wholesale and Retail

o 3rd party integrations
