The Site Content Coordinator will assist the ecommerce team with the daily maintenance of our online product catalogue across all sites. This role will encompass collaborating with cross functional teams, including Category teams, Vendors, and IT to ensure the correct product descriptions, images and content is displaying correctly across the sites. The Product Content Coordinator will identify corporate challenges that impact omnichannel selling environments, keeping informed of industry trends and business issues, and identify opportunities to increase sales and improve profitability.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for the new listing process ensuring that all product images and content is received and edited accurately before uploaded into the system (ex. Will oversee all NPEF’s received)
Responsible for owning the product catalogue improvements and updates (ex. Product content changes)
Will own the image bank images from when they are received from the vendors to when they get uploaded into the system for website visibility
Will maintain new products and add products into taxonomy collections
Supports the Specialists and Manager with any website testing and enhancements
Experience, Education, Certifications
Recently graduated or currently enrolled in a university or college level program in Marketing or Business
Previous administrative experience
Previous editing or copywriting skills an asset
Exceptional interpersonal skills highlighted by excellent verbal and written communication skills
A team player who is adaptable, and has the ability to work independently
