What is the role about:

Providing a remarkable experience for our customers is the seed from which our company has grown and we are currently branching off to an exciting niche that will disrupt GRC and HCM SaaS Industry and we’re looking for a passionate Product Designer who is in fact a Full-Stack Designer (with knowledge of UX Design, UI Design and Interaction Design) to create solutions to complex interface and interaction design challenges from concept to implementation.
SaaS Solutions are among the most complex software written, but there are UX principles that can make any SaaS product a success and to provide a B2C like experience for B2B users. As part of this exciting role, you will partner with our stakeholders on creative efforts to translate requirements and wireframes into a brilliant design using best in class design aesthetic. You’ll design the overall functionality of the product and deliver mockups optimised for a wide range of devices.


What you need to succeed:

  • You love to listen – You want to intimately know the people you’re designing for and how your work impacts their lives
  • You sweat the small stuff but know when to ship – You know it’s the little things that make people love a product but also have the ability to think big, creating compelling and intuitive product designs that users love.
  • You know your medium – You have an excellent understanding of design system patterns, design principles, and the limitations or capabilities of a platform technology Basically, You know what it takes to build software, and how to work within its constraints. Basically you need to have expertise in UX/UI design in SaaS and product lifecycle development of software applications
  • You tell stories – You can weave a narrative that puts your ideas into the context of real life, which requires you to be highly skilled in creating sketches, wireframes, high fidelity comps, prototypes, and written documentation, using modern design and prototyping tools.
  • You’re pretty “SaaS”y and "PaaS"y – You’ve delved into the consumer playbook to bring delight to enterprise users all while moving the metrics that count, essentially:
  • You possess extensive expertise in a broad range of UX skills, including interaction design, visual design, UX research and have sensitivity to user journey details such as information architecture, screen flow and feature discoverability.
  • You have expertise in UX software (such as Sketch, InVision, Axure, Photoshop, Illustrator, Balsamiq Mockups, Principle or equivalent.
  • You have background experience focused on unified UI and UX design for web and mobile, including responsive design.
  • You have experience building or working with Design Systems and translating branding guidelines into scalable and repeatable components.
