Pluralsight is searching for a Product Designer to join our Design Organization on Pluralsight Skills! Someone user-focused, who enjoys building solutions that help customers realize value and deliver on their objectives. What you’ll own:
-
Collaborating with your cross-functional team to determine appropriate solutions based on research-driven insights and synthesized data

Planning and co-leading research in collaboration with Product Management partners

Creating user stories, user flows, concepts, designs and prototypes for testing, experimentation and development

Iterating designs through critique and usability testing
-
Working together with Engineers to ensure clear understanding and delivery of final designs

Defining the information architecture, interactions, and visual design of solutions

Working with others to ensure we’re establishing clear design patterns and cohesive end-to-end experiences.
Experience you’ll need:
-
Requires a minimum of 3 years of related or equivalent experience as a Design practitioner

A strong understanding of Experience Research and Human-centered Design for software or other complex user-facing systems
-
An analytical approach to testing new solutions

Strong communication skills.

Strong interest in learning about and improving how consumers consume and interact with content
