Job Title: PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT TECHNICIAN I
Pay rate: $25-29/hr
Shift: Mon-Fri 8AM-4:30PM
Location: Middletown PA

Temp-Perm for the right candidate!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performing experiments to determine optimal design of products and preparation of test reports.
- Assembly of prototypes/samples.
- Assisting in experiments to verify products' integrity.
- Design of tests and test fixtures.
- Handle production manufacturing and test equipment.
- Preparation of simple CAD drawings.
- Purchasing parts and tools for use in building prototypes.
- Locating and contacting potential suppliers of components.
- Management of electronic data.

Basic metrology skills (handle measurements, calibrations, etc.)

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

High School or GED diploma strongly preferred.
- Good PC skills (MS Word, MS Excel, Lotus Notes, etc.).
- Basic CAD skills.
- Hand-on skills (Assembly/disassembly, prototype fabrication, use of electronic equipment, simple
soldering, etc.).

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Middletown, PA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
• CAD: 1 year (Preferred)
• Assembly: 1 year (Preferred)
• Purchasing: 1 year (Preferred)
• Data management: 1 year (Preferred)
• Calibration: 1 year (Preferred)
