Product Implementation Specialist - job 2 of 2

What You'll Do

We are looking for a Clinical Data Management professional with experience working with clinical protocols as well as familiarity in designing Case Report Forms, CDISC, and SDTM. This position is responsible for the build and configuration of delivering fully configured clinical systems (EDC, EHR to EDC, and others) to support clinical trials. This Product Implementation Specialist will also be responsible for providing guidance on design and system capabilities, maintaining and driving timelines and deliverables for customer facing projects. Attention to detail is required. This position reports into the Director of Professional Services. In addition, you'll also:

• Lead and manage protocol specific study build/configurations 
• Configure and implement JSON- and XML-based applications in clinical research
• Organize mapping and configuration of medical code lists
• Create training and support documentation

This position will interact with other operating and staff groups within the oOrganization including, but not limited to Software Development, Product Management and Sales/Marketing.

• You have experience/familiarity working with structured data formats such as json and xml
• You have 2-4 years of professional services and/or implementation experience
• You are confident with using a coding editor and command line/terminal
• You have experience with issue and task tracking (e.g. Jira)
• You are a self-learner, with strong technical aptitude and curiosity
• You have the ability to multi-task and flexibility to accommodate changing priorities
• You have a familiarity with implementing and using Software as a Service (“SaaS”) solutions
• You showcase high accountability and ownership

• Experience designing and developing eCRFs for an Electronic Data Capture (EDC) System
