Jam City’s Product Management Residency program is a full-time, one-year rotational program (August 2022 - August 2023) that develops early career talent into the product leaders of tomorrow. From Day 1, Product Management Residents will be charged with taking an active role in decoding what makes a mobile game successful and will take ownership of impactful projects, while also receiving mentorship and guidance from some of the best product leaders in our industry.
As a Product Management Resident at Jam City, you will learn the product roadmap for some of our biggest titles, and you'll partner with our game designers, developers, product marketers, and others to launch new game features and expand on existing ones. Product Residents will also partner with product directors and studio leaders as well as present ideas to game teams throughout their various rotations. Our program is designed for those interested in honing their entrepreneurial spirit while creating the best mobile gaming experiences for our global player base.
We are in search of an ambitious and analytical Product Resident who has a passion for mobile gaming, data, and the pursuit of understanding what makes games successful in our ever-changing industry. Product Residents work in a fast-paced environment while getting immersed in the development process on some of mobile’s top games.
