About the Position: Product Manager (San Jose, CA or Remote USA)
ZEDEDA is changing computing, by extending the cloud to the distributed edge. This revolutionary approach requires confident and capable Product Managers who are continuously adapting and excited to work on products that will impact billions in revenue for our customers.
In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive innovation and rapid product development.
Responsibilities:
Work with customers and prospects to gather requirements and analyze feature gaps for ZEDCloud.
Summarize, present, and prioritize feature requests to the engineering team.
Shape the future of Edge Cloud operations by connecting Engineering, Customer Support, Sales, and Marketing.
Partner with Product Management and Engineering of backend systems and solutions to provide the development experience.
Work with cross-functional teams including UX and Technical Writing to summarize findings and propose changes to improve product APIs and documentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. Advanced degree in a technology or business-related field preferred but not required
4 years of product management experience with internet products and technologies.
Experience defining and driving the product development lifecycle such as product vision, go-to-market strategy, driving requirements, and product launch.
Experience working with cross-functional (e.g. Engineering, UX/UI, Program Management, etc.) teams.
Experience effectively working with multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance, or Marketing.
Experience as a SaaS Product Manager, and/or communicating with clients who are first-party or third-party engineers.
Experience managing day-to-day technical and design direction.
Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
