Opportunity Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Product Management, the Product Manager responsible for providing Active and effective collaboration with stakeholders, development teams and Leadership. The Product Manager will ensure an aligned understanding of business needs and objectives consistent with understanding of the business value to be delivered and common understanding of release plans and impacts. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, resourceful, and have impeccable communication & leadership skills.
Primary Responsibilities:

Be a key stakeholder and visionary in continuing to build on our key innovation.

Perform competitive analysis reviews of the market
-
Develop a roadmap and provide key recommendations to Product Councils
-
Run Product Councils among key stakeholders that determine direction of the roadmap
-
Creates and maintains the product backlog based on roadmap, customer enhancements and issues
-
Prioritizing and sequencing the Backlog according to business value
-
Write-up of epics, themes and features into user stories that are granular and well defined by translating the product strategy and vision.

Understand the needs of all stakeholders (internal, customers, and partners), and manage expectations

Conveys the vision and goals at the beginning of every sprint
-
Represents the customer and or partner during feature development and engages the customers and or partners when needed
-
Performs Sprint Demos and Presentations.

Perform training for releases to key departments and stakeholders
-
Work with Marketing to develop key product and content strategy, positioning, campaigns, data sheets and other marketing material related to the product – including delivery to sales team

Participates in the daily scrums, sprint planning meetings and sprint reviews and retrospectives.

Inspects product progress at the end of every sprint and has complete authority to accept or reject work done.

Answers developer’s questions on specific tasks or features during sprints and or coordinates meetings with other stakeholders to formulate answers

Run customer demos of the features and full product

Help coordinate and execute customer and partner advisory boards

Performs other duties and functions as assigned

Work on pricing and SKU updates

Management of release and go-to market strategy from a holistic view that transcends multiple teams.
Requirements:
-
At least 5 year of experience Product Manager/marketing preferred or equivalent experience
-
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Ability to set priorities for scope, risk and quality of technology solutions to meet business needs.

Ability to effectively communicate issues and solutions across all levels of the organization.

Strong organizational, planning and project management skills with a history of successful execution of plans.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Effective time management, organization, and leadership skills
