- Working with the Sr. Director of Product Management, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into short- and long-term product plans that position the product for sustained growth.

You will gather technical and user requirements from customers and internal teams, then manage the backlog, prioritizing and triaging project and discretionary work, as well as writing user stories, requirements, and technical documentation.

Using your strong written and verbal communication skills, you will drive clarity and alignment around product systems and strategy for internal teams to share back with strategic customers.

You’ll work with marketing, sales, and operational teams to position new product launches to generate awareness, demand, and revenue.
- You have 2+ years in a product owner or product management role, ideally at a SaaS company that serves enterprise level customers.

You have a “doer” attitude, with a bias toward action and a demonstrated ability to innovate in a fast-paced environment.

You are experienced in leading product strategy processes, conducting analysis and executing product development processes.

You have knowledge of JIRA and SCRUM.

You have excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong influencing, consensus-building, and conflict resolution capabilities, including experience presenting to executive stakeholders, handling sensitive customer escalations, and writing product requirements

You are positive, creative, curious, and aren’t afraid to ask a lot of questions.

You can take candid feedback well and are looking to grow your skill sets.

You can effectively manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision and synthesize multiple perspectives to get the most important thing done.
- You have experience working in residential real estate, real estate technology, or with CRM software.
