Product Manager - job 2 of 2

Job Description

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join Procore’s growing Fintech department. You’ll help us develop and launch products that address the working capital challenges in the construction industry. In this role, you will be focused on how Procore acquires new financing customers with the goal of generating sustainable repeat business.

This role will be based in our Austin, TX office. We're looking for someone to join us immediately!

What you’ll do:

• Manage product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company’s Fintech strategy and long-term goals
• Define and prioritize product features by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, Sales, Marketing, and Risk
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing to execute go-to-market plans, including product release communications and enablement support
• Conduct customer research to identify product needs and paint points around managing cash flow in construction
• Analyze product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve product solutions, with an emphasis on acquisition metrics
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of product features
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the Fintech, construction, or a Growth role
• Ability to build Empathy for users and uncover enable better outcomes for them
• Proven track record of launching successful products and growing customer base
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong ability to build relationships with customers and key stakeholders
• Extensive analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Additional Information

Base Pay Range $126,800-$174,350. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
