Requirements
Product Manager, HR Analytics:
The HR / workforce Analytics Product Manager is engaged in developing, deploying, and maintaining data analytics products & solutions to benefit enterprise & BU specific finance, accounting & operations teams.
Understand user pain points and describe the reporting & analytics problems to solve for the engineering & development teams
Have a deep understanding of analytics, KPIs and metrics around workforce data & HR reporting
Collaborating and planning with stakeholders across the business on all aspects needed to bring solutions / features into production
Leading business and technical validation sessions with internal stakeholders and customers
Work with team to create clean data and integration points from various enterprise systems (mainly HR & recruiting) & combine data across the systems to drive feature delivery
Create long term vision and deliver periodic consistent innovations for the analytics product
Responsible for managing capability dependencies across other cross-functional groups
Accountable for the ongoing identification and progress of innovative technology solutions that significantly advance the customer-value offered by learning analytics
Responsible for leading a cross functional team (Development, Quality Assurance, Project Management) in implementing the learning analytics roadmap
Thorough understanding of the data engineering & analytics process and the various technologies involved
5 + years experience in product management, majority of these in data & analytics product management
4+ years experience in HR analytics or workforce reporting and data
Strong exposure & fundamentals in cloud data engineering & analytics
Experience in Snowflake, Workday and ATS data is a plus
Product Manager, Financial Analytics:
The Financial Analytics Product Manager is engaged in developing, deploying, and maintaining data analytics products & solutions to benefit enterprise & BU specific finance, accounting & operations teams.
Understand user pain points and describe the reporting & analytics problems to solve for the engineering & development teams
Have a deep understanding of analytics, KPIs and metrics around financial data & operational reporting
Collaborating and planning with stakeholders across the business on all aspects needed to bring solutions / features into production
