As a Product Manager at Illumio, you will lead the development of products that ensure that cyber attacks don't spread to become cyber disasters.
In this role you will define product requirements, lead scrum teams in two-week sprints, and deliver products to customers that protect their networks from ransomware and denial of service attacks.
To thrive in the Product Management organization at Illumio you will apply your technology agnostic product development experience to solving customer cybersecurity problems through the creation of technical solutions focused on Zero Trust and Segmentation.
Deliver products that protect our customers
Lead product development initiatives through research, strategy, roadmap definition, and delivery
Collaborate with engineering and customers to deliver solutions that drive adoption and growth.
Develop subject matter expertise within the Zero Trust space that establishes you as a resource for customers and cross functional peers
Champion the voice of the customer into epics and user stories for scrum teams
Play key role in developing product launch programs and you will author insightful presentations, papers, and blog entries with Illumio's marketing team based on the solutions you are creating with your scrum teams.
Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology
Enterprise Software experience preferred
A passion for creating practical products that deliver value for customers
Product management experience in enterprise networking, security, SaaS or enterprise software
Established practice of utilizing data and analytics to inform product decisions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to seamlessly pivot between strategic & tactical priorities
Understanding of technical limitations and trade offs
The ability to analyze and anticipate market trends
Strong understanding of network security and security policy in data centers and public/hybrid cloud
Experience with segmentation, endpoint, ZTNA, cyber technologies, and machine learning methods and AI
Knowledge of micro services, distributed computing, containers, K8s, etc
Experience with public cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.)
Experience in engineering, technical marketing, or systems engineering

Pay Range:
$172,000.00 USD - $206,000.00 USD
The pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, or applicable laws.
