Product Manager, Enterprise Growth

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Product Manager to join our Enterprise Product Growth team and improve user activation from sign up to onboarding. You will report to the Director of Product Management - Enterprise Growth.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Co-create the product roadmap for activation and onboarding with partners across Upwork.
  • Implement product led growth loops to expand the top of the funnel and increase product awareness.
  • Measure and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer performance indicators (CPIs) to assess the effectiveness of growth initiatives.
  • Identify and understand user needs and pain points, and develop strategies to improve activation for our customers.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Work with business leaders to help shape business cases and apply quantitative and qualitative insights to inform decision-making.
  • Present findings and progress updates to key stakeholders, including executives and leadership teams.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation through growth sprints and collaborative workshops.

What it takes to catch our eye:

  • You have proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, with a focus on growth initiatives.
  • You have developed expertise with product led growth strategies and methodologies.
  • You are passionate about creating delightful experiences for both the end-user and internal teams.
  • You are comfortable in unchartered territory and like to dive deep into complex problems.
  • You are invested in achieving meaningful impact, balancing short-term wins with long-term strategy.
  • You've had experience leading growth sprints and are comfortable leading experiment design with quantitative and qualitative methods.
  • You operate as a partner and can work across teams and functions to drive stakeholder alignment and co-create product assets (roadmaps, PRDs, etc.)
