As a core member of our Private Equity team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.

Your Role:

An AVP in Product Management can either operate independently within a product team, on a smaller product or area, and under the leadership and mentorship of a more senior product manager, or can be part of team of product managers and analysts on a larger product or area. Responsibilities include:

Product Development:

• You will maintain, develop, and share Private Equity Fund of Fund Industry Knowledge: market, competitor, and technology.
• Maintain and awareness of Private Equity Fund of Fund client/prospect requests sourced by Business and Sales teams
• Identify Private Equity Fund of Fund revenue generating/ differentiation/ expansion/ market share increase ideas
• Support interactions with Private Equity Fund of Fund clients/ prospects to gauge product development interest
• Help evaluate ideas and present to management for consideration in Private Equity Fund product strategic planning

• Assist efforts with the business to define, sponsor, and steer investment initiatives (i.e. document digitization, straight through processing)
• Identify potential strategic changes to standard operating models
• Work with Business and Technology teams to prioritize Private Equity Fund of Fund product enhancements
• Collaborate with Technology on tool selection, resource allocation, and estimates
• Contribute to the development of 1 and 3 year roadmaps and annual budget plans

• 
  With the Technology and Business teams, support Private Equity Fund of Fund product strategy implementation
• Drive Private Equity Fund of Fund operations and technology model including document and data movement design, accounts payable integration, and accounting entry automation solution delivery
• Create and ensure quality project deliverables (i.e. SME panel weekly meeting materials, program advisory board monthly tollgate updates, product vision documentation, and monthly Steerco status)
• Share product development status and adoption with management and stakeholders
• Collaborate with Private Equity Fund of Fund subject matter experts to define functional business requirements

• Maintain an awareness of other Product teams on strategic priorities and approaches
• Deliver consistent experience for clients across Private Equity, Real Assets, and Institutional Service businesses
• Support efforts with the business to maintain updated Private Equity product offering descriptions
• Measure and, with the business promote strategic solution adoption
• With sales, ensure alignment of solution to Private Equity product marketing messages

• Contribute to product marketing activities: positioning, messaging, and enabling
• Relay subject matter expertise to business teams and internal stakeholders
• Relay subject matter expertise to help Relationship Managers grow client relationships
• Provide demonstrations and support proofs of concept to help Sales attract new clients
• Build Citco’s brand and reputation in the marketplace, including participation at industry events, writing marketing briefs and other brand building activities

About You:

• You have 3-7 years of Private Equity Fund of Fund Accounting, Administration and/or other related experience
