About Sezzle
Sezzle is a cutting-edge fintech company whose mission is to financially empower young consumers. Only one in three millennials own a credit card, and the vast majority of millennials possess a subprime credit score or no score at all. To address these problems, Sezzle has built a payment platform that increases purchasing power for consumers by offering interest-free installment plans at online stores. This increase in purchasing power for consumers leads to increased sales and basket sizes for the hundreds of eCommerce merchants that partner with Sezzle.
About The Role
Sezzle is looking for a Product Manager, who will be responsible for designing, building, innovating and launching new products, features, internal tools and solutions. The role will be responsible and accountable for the end-to-end strategy and performance of the respective products and features. This person will work collaboratively between all key stakeholders within the organization and closely with select engineering teams to manage priorities.
This position will also be responsible for identifying opportunities through a data-centric approach, creating business cases, defining scope, and creating initial product requirement documents. This position will be in support of the company's cross-functional and global strategic initiatives as an internal consultant and product strategist. The role will report to the Director of Product. The Product Manager will also regularly interact with key stakeholders such as executive leadership, customers and/or merchants, and will work with cross-functional engineering and business teams to constantly drive product innovation.

Compensation
The compensation range for the role is $112,500 - 130,740 (inclusive only of base salary, and exclusive of other potential competitive benefits such as on-target commission, bonus payments, and equity). Our ranges are very broad to accommodate all types of candidates and encourage growth. Specific compensation offered to a candidate may be dependent on factors such as education, experience, qualifications, and alignment with market data. Exceptional candidates may receive salaries outside of the posted ranges.
