Product Manager of Loyalty & Marketing Automation
PayAnywhere- REMOTE
As a Product Manager within the Payanywhere team, you are responsible for defining product vision and strategy and driving product initiatives from discovery to delivery for our Loyalty & Marketing automation solution. Our customers look to us to help them grow their revenue and you will work on helping them develop rich and powerful insights that help drive more sales - examples include marketing automation, impactful trends that can drive more spend, and KPIs that show the value of these features. You serve to connect the dots between the business and technology and inspire the teams you work with. You build products for the end user, prioritizing and solving their opportunities and problems while ensuring business value.

What you’ll do:
  • Define product vision and strategy and own the roadmap.
  • Lead product initiatives through discovery, design, delivery, and deduction.
  • Research and validate product initiatives.
  • Define, document, and review requirements with stakeholders and engineering.
  • Facilitate beta testing to recommend improvements to the product prior to launch.
  • Communicate development status and go-to-market strategy.
  • Develop and write training content to ensure alignment of product knowledge internally and externally (sales)
  • Define and analyze data driven metrics that inform success.
  • Champion the merchant and their customers to offer a stable, secure, and seamless payments experience.
  • Collect and prioritize feedback and requests from merchants, sales partners, and the organization.
  • Research and understand industry trends and the competitive landscape.
What we need from you:
  • BA/BS in a technical or quantitative field.
  • 5+ years experience in product management in financial services coupled with deep knowledge and passion for Marketing & Loyalty solutions.
  • Capable of working with cross-functional teams
  • Able to identify and translate business and customer needs
  • Ensure on-time delivery of new feature launches

Travel Requirements: Up to 20%
License and Certification Requirements: CPP certified in 18 months
