With significant clients live on the platform to date, SymphonyRM is expanding into new healthcare verticals and is ready to bring on a Product Manager to help define the next chapter of our SymphonyRM platform to deliver industry changing Next Best Actions for our healthcare clients.
Responsibilities
Contribute to product vision and represent the SymphonyRM product point of view and directional roadmap internally and externally
Identify business opportunities; Define, develop and prioritize feature roadmaps for the product
Bring the customer's voice into the creation process and provide insightful analyses - own creation of requirements, specifications, and release plans
Provides visibility to team impediments/risks and helps eliminate them
Represent SymphonyRM as a product expert in customer interactions, industry and corporate events, and through other external channels
Collaborate and lead across teams, playing a critical role in creating alignment among engineering, sales and customer success teams and stakeholders.
Drive the product vision and high-level technical concepts to bridge the gap between technology, the people, and the business processes it supports
Assist with strategy, design, and execution of a technology roadmap
Conduct Customer Surveys and research to drive the strategy behind new and existing products that are being expanded.
Write functional specifications, including requirements and detailed use cases for all new development efforts
Communicate requirements to the design and engineering leads, and maintain communication between the product and engineering departments at it relates to the needs of the business
Act as the subject-matter expert for customer facing products

Regularly Sit with Support to Discover The Customer's Needs
Train Sales & Support team members on new features, products
Requirements
Experience in building enterprise SaaS/Platform software products
Strategic thinker who can navigate complexity and conflicting priorities
Effective communicator - You communicate well with engineering and cross-functional teams, can effectively present plans and roadmap to internal stakeholders and C-Level execs, are comfortable pitching your product to diverse external audiences (customers, partners, and analysts), and have a strong influencing capabilities
Ability to identify growth opportunities for your product, turn ideas into a roadmap, and execute
Track record of building and delivering products end-to-end that deliver an outstanding customer experience
Experience identifying and addressing customer needs, building relationships with customers, communicating in an organized and knowledgeable manner
Exceptional project management - planning, setting and managing reasonable timelines, while delivering projects that align to the business strategy
Excellent problem-solving skills, business judgment, strategic and analytical capabilities
Self-starter, with the ability to work independently across multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast paced environment with evolving priorities
Knowledge of an agile framework or method (i.e. Scrum, Kanban)
Bachelor’s Degree. MBA a plus

Familiarity with modern software development practices used to build and deploy web applications.
Domain experience in Healthcare
Understanding of the complexity in care/patient engagement.
