The Role:

At The Alliance, we create market-leading, accredited courses for our entire portfolio of communities and we want to continue offering exceptional L&D experiences. To keep up with the demand and continue delivering exceptional L&D opportunities that foster individual and corporate growth, we're looking to expand our team.

We're on the hunt for a passionate and driven Training Learning Designer / Program Director to shape the content, structure, and delivery of our cutting-edge suite of educational training workshop programs and certifications that truly matter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create the learning journey: Take the lead in shaping and delivering a new suite of educational training programs and certifications that truly matter. From inception to execution, you'll drive the end-to-end product and delivery to create a remarkable experience for our students.

  • Curate an unforgettable calendar: Collaborate across teams and regions to craft a compelling and commercially viable calendar of global educational programs. Each program will be thoughtfully designed to address the latest trends and challenges facing individuals and companies.

  • Elevate the student experience: Craft program content that sparks curiosity and engagement. Through dynamic discussion groups, interactive workshops, live classes, and personalised mentorship, you'll create a stimulating environment that fosters growth and knowledge-sharing. Create a student experience that sets the gold standard for educational journeys.

  • Connect minds and expertise: Be the vital link between our external experts and internal subject matter experts (SMEs). Source and secure industry-leading practitioners and guest speakers to enrich our program content. Engage with our global network of leaders, instructors, and experts in residence.

  • Master the art of Program Management: Juggle multiple program builds simultaneously and be the driving force behind their success. Your exceptional organization and communication skills will keep everything on track, meeting deadlines with ease. Team up with our course coordination and customer success teams to ensure the smooth and successful delivery of our programs.

  • Promote with a Purpose: Contribute to content-led promotion through captivating videos and social media initiatives. Your creativity will help showcase our programs' excellence, attracting learners from all corners of the globe. Take ownership of the commercial success of your programs and products. 

Requirements:

  • Confidence to communicate with senior-level leaders and build and maintain long-lasting, strategic relationships

  • Great research skills with the ability to grasp complex topics and spot business trends across multiple markets

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with the confidence to collaborate with product stakeholders

  • A people-person who thrives in a fast-paced start-up, high-growth collaborative environment

  • You are naturally self-directed, operate at a high cadence, and get stuff done with minimum supervision

  • Commercially driven and curious, with an eye for new opportunities

  • A team player - success doesn’t happen in a vacuum and we need everyone in the org to be rallied around the same goals and helping each other out to achieve them

  • A level-headed problem-solver, unafraid to use your initiative and provide solutions

  • Previous ID experience is not expected

Location: This can be either fully remote within the UK or hybrid (our office is in London)

Compensation: Base Salary £34,500 - £36,000
