Job Overview
Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, this role is responsible for executing Yellowbrick's comprehensive strategy for product growth. Responsibilities of this position include content writing, market research, gaining competitive insights, analyzing sales productivity, conducting enablement, positioning products, and working with customers to understand the voice of the customer (VOC) and create opportunities through customer advocacy. They will work closely with other marketing functions to define and optimize integrated campaigns that drive product-qualified leads (PQL) and sales leads (SQL).
We want someone passionate about customer success who will work closely with customers, learn their challenges, understand how they use Yellowbrick, and help them tell their stories. They will use their deep knowledge of data management and analytics technologies to understand the market, key players, and best fit use-cases for Yellowbrick.
