We are building a best-in-class marketing team to establish Esusu as the category leader in rent reporting within the real estate industry while also building a trusted brand that consumers can use to build their financial wealth. We are looking for strategic, creative, and passionate candidates to build marketing strategies to attract and retain customers while expanding Esusu's brand.

The challenge

We are seeking a contract Product Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and lead our Product Marketing efforts. In this role, you will create differentiated messaging for Esusu's core services, lead Go-to-Markets for new/existing service offerings, and produce enablement content to drive new deals and renewals. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new service offerings and understand competitive benchmarking through deep customer research.

What you will help us deliver:

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of Esusu's B2B and B2C audiences to improve and build foundational frameworks including but not limited to personas, messaging platform, customer feedback loops, competitive analysis, and more.
• Design and execute go-to-market strategies for new service offerings in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Product, Sales, and Operations.
• Deliver quality messaging and positioning that resonates with our various audiences across web, social, print, and other digital assets.
• Partner with Sales to produce enablement assets to assist in new deals and renewals, including but not limited to one-pagers, product training, sales scripts, decks, etc.
• Work to continuously improve Esusu's Product Marketing efforts through your knowledge of industry trends, tools, and best practices.

Core competencies we are hiring for

• Product Marketing experience: You have a strong foundation in product marketing ( persona development, messaging and positioning, competitive research, etc.) and are experienced in bringing new products and services to market.
• Customer research skills: Strength in performing customer research and analysis using various methods to gather insights to create compelling messaging and GTM strategies.
• Strong writing and editing: Comfortable writing clear, concise, and engaging copy for different mediums that effectively resonates with various audiences.
• Strong collaboration skills:: Effective in working cross-functionally to ensure timely and efficient delivery of various initiatives.
• Project management: Effective project management skills to manage and deliver multiple projects while meeting the highest standards (in partnership with PM team).

Basic Qualification

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, focusing on B2B products ideally in the fintech or real estate industries
• Proven track record of driving product success in a B2B setting and reporting GTM outcomes
• Strong understanding of the fintech industry and market trends
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
