The Role:
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Product Marketing Manager to join our winning team to launch new products to market, create customer stories and case studies, and make a difference. A successful candidate will have experience collaborating with product management teams to understand roadmap plans to create related GTM plans. A successful candidate will also have experience communicating and working directly with sales teams, as well as customer champions and advocates to understand their environments and their SnapLogic implementations to create customer stories and case studies. The role requires the product marketing manager to collaborate with corporate communication teams and lead the pursuit of referenceable customer/advocate quotes and endorsements that would be used to support new product launches and company press release activities.

As an individual contributor, reporting to the vice president of product marketing, you will own launch planning and execution for new SnapLogic integration platform features, and socialize those plans across the marketing organization and with sales teams.

You will also own the creation of compelling customer stories and case studies that communicate how SnapLogic solved customer pains and delivered business benefits, to impact and influence business technologists and IT decision makers and create a preference for SnapLogic.

Collaborate closely with product management team on pricing and positioning tactics related to new product launches and tie the voice of the customer to the launches.

Lead and influence cross-functional teams (product marketing, marketing, community, corporate communications, website, demand gen., creative design, etc.) to create customer marketing/advocacy programs that motivate and encourage customer participation in such programs.

Apply new and fresh ideas for creating and maintaining and sharing a customer reference database.

Serve as the product marketing, and overall marketing organization, voice-of-the-customer subject matter expert when necessary, with industry media and analysts relations.

3-5+ years of experience in developing and executing successful outbound, customer-focused product delivery, messaging, and marketing programs.

A demonstrated combination of customer-oriented, creative, and analytical thinking.

A self-starter with strong product marketing and project management skills and initiative that ensure timely execution of assignments and commitments.

A commitment to creating high-quality content that is easily digestible, easy to understand, and technically accurate for sales teams and SnapLogic customers alike.
