Product Marketing Manager

Location: Any CSI office. Open to location discussion.

JOB SUMMARY

A manager follows direction of management and ensures that team function/department is staffed properly, employees have the training and tools they need, OKRs are met, and the department is managed to perform within approved budgets. The manager is a tactical leader for day-to-day interaction and decision-making for the team and/or function. Provides estimates supporting needs, schedules, and assigns work to meet service targets.

The Manager – Marketing position is responsible for managing and leading a function within the marketing team in order to create scalable processes that ensure best practices and measurable results. This position provides analytics and insight to inform strategic decisions across the company.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develops the marketing plan and go-to-market strategy for our product line.
  • Creates, implements, and maintains scalable marketing initiatives that ensure best practices and compliance for content, campaign, lead management and other strategies.
  • Creates and presents metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact.
  • Manages third-party vendors where applicable, making the most of current technology investments and evaluating new technologies.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

PRIMARY RESULTS ACCOUNTABLE FOR ACHIEVING

  • Clean and accurate data.
  • Efficient and accurate marketing campaign operations.
  • Compliance organization‐wide in regard to personal data processing laws.
  • Enhance the marketing team performance.
  • Utilization of tools and technology to its fullest potential.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education & Certifications:

Experience or equivalent to a 4‐year college degree


Experience:

The minimum amount of relevant work experience required to successfully perform the job is at least four
(4) to six (6) years.
Product marketing experience, preferably in RegTech and/or financial services, required.

Travel: approx. 20%

Regularly required to sit, talk, hear, and use hands to finger, handle or feel. This position requires close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less) and the basic need to look at a computer screen 8 hours a day.
