As a Product Marketing Manager – Health Systems you will:
Define how to position our products and platform to health systems
Develop a deep understanding of our products and platform in order to constantly refine and craft the value proposition to health systems, in close collaboration with our leadership team including our SVP of Health Systems and Strategic Partnerships and our CEO / Co-founder
Manage market research efforts to test out company hypotheses about our customer segments and determine if we've made progress with our marketing campaigns and if not, how to improve them going forward
Translate our value proposition into compelling content and collateral to increase engagement with current and future health system partners
Determine how to best articulate and position our product and platform for key customer segments for website and collateral copy – and continually optimize it as our offering evolves and new industry trends emerge
Develop a content generation strategy targeted towards health systems, prioritizing needs based on industry trends, customer feedback, competitor activity, emerging research, and evolution of Helix's products and platform, in collaboration with partners
Increase Helix brand awareness among health systems and drive lead generation efforts
Identify and execute on novel ways to grow Helix's brand awareness among health systems
Drive lead generation efforts through both owned and third-party channels, including identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing new channels and approaches
Be the main point of contact with external vendors and leadership teams at our partners for the execution of these strategies, including health system speakers, conference and webinar sponsors and design and copy contractors
Work closely with inside sales and digital marketing members to secure meetings with leads generated to eventually pass on to the business development team
Work with CRM and analytics tools to measure and monitor the impact of our efforts and propose adjustments to strategy on a regular basis
About you:
Mission-oriented, with a deep passion for improving people's lives through DNA
At least 2 – 5 years of marketing experience working in healthcare
Excellent writer with the ability to communicate both clinical and scientific content in a digestible format, including pitch decks, case studies, webinars, white papers, blog posts, etc.
Ability to change priorities quickly and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
Experience managing external agency partners
BA or BS required
Pluses:
Knowledge of Salesforce, Hubspot, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools
Experience working in the genomics industry or with health systems

Expected Pay For This Role:
There are 3 distinct parts to your Helix offer: 1) Base Salary 2) Annual Bonus 3) Equity
Expected Helix Base: $87,000 - $151,500
Expected Helix Discretionary Annual Bonus: 10% of your annual salary
Equity: We offer generous equity at Helix. If you receive a Helix offer your recruiter will book dedicated time with you to educate you on our equity model.
The salary range above is our reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role across US locations. Actual starting pay will be based on non-discriminatory job-related factors, including exact work location, experience, relevant training and education, and skill level. Your recruiter can share more about your specific work location salary range during the hiring process.

What To Expect During Your Onboarding Week:
We want to make sure your first week is spent learning the foundations. You will be invited to live orientation sessions and spend time with your hiring manager developing your individual roadmap to success. This experience will include sessions that cover your benefits, security & privacy training, an introduction to the OKR framework used at Helix and our communication tools and norms.
What To Expect During Your First 90 days:
First 30 days: you'll spend time learning the Helix way, completing training and onboarding for your roles, and getting introduced to your team and relevant stakeholders. You'll also gain a deeper understanding of our customers, our products, the impact we make in the lives of our communities, and how to thrive at Helix through participation in Helix U.
Day 30 - 60: you'll spend time contributing to projects, deeply familiarizing yourself with team and company processes, and developing a deeper understanding of Helix's products, services and capabilities.
Day 60 - 90: you'll build your OKRs with your manager, start to take ownership of projects and initiatives on your team, and begin to demonstrate your impact on the Helix mission.
