Product Marketing Manager

If you're a natural-born content creator and looking to take your product marketing skills to the next level, we should talk. We need you to help our go-to-market team exceed their goals by developing and delivering the tools and content they need to delight our prospects and customers. As our offering grows, we need someone with technical chops who won't shy away from doing the research needed to get the customer's voice into our product and messaging.

What you'll be doing

Hilti Fieldwire is growing fast, and we'll need you to help support and empower our growing Sales and Product team. As our PM, you'll lead the development of sales-related content to distill our value proposition into customer-friendly formats. Additionally, you'll be responsible for developing a deep understanding of our customers' product journey to Hilti Fieldwire where you'll build, execute, and iterate product collateral that clearly communicates and visualizes the value proposition of our product suite. Furthermore, you'll work closely with our product as we take more products and features into the market.

The primary responsibilities for our next Product Marketing Manager will be to:

  • Help define and optimize our client lifecycles to enable segmentation, personalization and a data-driven marketing strategy.
  • Learn Hilti Fieldwire's brand and products inside and out by spending time with customers and researching competitors' offerings.
  • Generate ideas and write product content including blogs, websites, and industry and product presentations to help drive awareness and interest in Hilti Fieldwire.
  • Create storyboards for motion graphic videos with in-house design resources along with video content for a multitude of platforms.
  • Collaborating with product managers and own the go-to-market efforts for current and future product features.
  • Leading the charge on creating a brand kit and messaging guidelines for our customer success team to use in all interactions with users
  • Acting as the point person to own the delivery and adoption of content to our Sales team through trainings, technology (Highspot, Guru, Skeckit), and digitally.
  • Becoming an expert in commercial construction, then use that knowledge to outline the market, customer challenges, and the competitive landscape.

At Fieldwire, we're looking for our next Product Marketer to have the following skills and experiences

  • 2+ years experience as an individual contributor creating content for the go-to-market team
  • 2+ years experience in product marketing
  • Excellent writing skills and verbal communication
  • Proven self-starter; ability to manage multiple projects and produce results.
  • Proven record of working cross-functionally with teams and holding the attention of stakeholders
  • A humble and open communicator
  • You thrive in environments without a set playbook

Where is the job located?

This role is based in beautiful San Francisco, CA. Our office is centrally located right off of Montgomery Bart station. Easily accessible by all forms of public transportation.
