Product Operations Manager

The Product Operations Manager plays a critical role within the Product organization and acts as a liaison between Product and Customer Success Operations, including external stakeholders. The Product Operations Manager is responsible for troubleshooting user issues related to integrations, including but not limited to: application to application integrations, services, internal and external API, file transfer, and JQL and SQL queries. Primary responsibilities will include troubleshooting existing integrations and providing technical support to the Integrations Product and Integrations Development team.

  • Actively triage and troubleshoot incoming requests from cross-functional partners.
  • Monitor & identify key problem areas that are impacted by the new and existing product launches, and scope out possible solutions to address any issues.
  • Ad-hoc querying and analysis in SQL reporting environment to understand product integrations task behavior.
  • Embody "Voice of Customer" by working with cross-functional partners to surface key insights and inform product development teams.
  • Collaborate between product and client-facing teams.
  • Be a force multiplier through clear communication skills and develop comprehensive system and automation and product user documentation.

What you bring to the role

  • 2-4 years of experience in product operations, product management, finance, or an operational role that worked closely with product and engineering.
  • Self-starter with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
  • Agile and quick to grasp technical concepts.
  • Strategic thinker with a logical and problem-solving mindset and excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, JQL, Excel, Github, RESTful APIs (e.g., Postman, Insomnia, etc.), Cloud Monitoring Services (e.g., Datadog, AWS, Retool, etc.), Github, SFTP file transfer, OAuth 2.0, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Salesforce, and able to read and understand API documentation/code.
  • Process-oriented and strong organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Profound empathy for customers and a willingness to advocate for them.
  • Bias for action with a high standard of attention to detail and follow through.
  • Ability to utilize and pull from multiple data sources to analyze, troubleshoot, and provide recommendations to the Product team.

Compensation - The salary range for this role is between $87,000 - $120,000. This information reflects a base salary range for this position based on current market data, and may vary by location. Exact compensation will be determined by the candidates' skills, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for additional incentives such as equity awards, short-term incentives, or sales compensation.
