Product Owner (Casino Compliance) - REMOTE

Everi is searching for a Product Owner/Business Analyst for Everi's Anti-Money Laundering FinTech Product Management team! We are looking for an individual with user-story documentation and, hopefully, Agile methodology experience, preferably in Gaming and/or Compliance.

What Will You Be Doing?
We're searching for someone who likes to write and is good at asking Why. You may have Casino industry experience and were an English major. You might have AML experience and have, or have been working on your Pragmatic certification. Maybe you've been a QA Tester for the casino/gaming industry and are interested in breaking into Product Management.

This team is currently heavily in the development and planning stage and is creating user stories 70% of the time.

Identify business and technical requirements for Everi's Anti-Money Laundering products and systems; review analyzes and evaluates business systems and user needs within the scope of expertise.
Responsible for tracking and coordinating the priorities, activities, issues, and progress of assigned projects; provides management with progress updates as required.
Will write detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and user interface specifications.
Will capture business requirements and develop use case-based specifications.
Will create test cases and perform user acceptance testing (UAT); ensure validation of business requirements and documented results.

Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise Needed for the Job:Qualifications:
Experience writing user stories. (A User Story is a tool in which requirements are captured in an easy-to-understand plain language, and is written from the perspective of an end user.)
An understanding of an Agile development environment is a BIG plus.
Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Experience designing entity-relationship diagrams, data flow diagrams, software user interfaces, end-user reporting, and other software/data models preferred.

Travel:
10-15% Domestic and/or International to casinos to gather requirements.

Nice to Have:
Gaming and/or AML Compliance experience.
Balsamiq, Viso, and Azure DevOps experience.

The compensation for this role considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled. At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case’s facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $92,000 - $115,000 annually.
