The Product Owner (PO) is the member of the Agile Team responsible for creating and prioritizing requirements for the software solution. The PO creates a “backlog” of requirements the agile team develops in “sprints”. The PO has responsibility for the conceptual and technical integrity of the software product being developed.

Drives buy vs. build decisions and 3rd party tool integration incorporating IT input
- Prepares MVP definitions for product coming into Pre Pi-Planning meetings
