Senior Recruiter
Product School is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruiter to join their team as a player/coach, responsible for leading recruiting efforts for full-time and part-time instructors as well as speakers for events.
Skills
- 4+ years of recruiting experience
- Leadership experience
- Mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools
- Strong executive presence
- Exceptional organizational and strategic skills
- Experience in recruiting for educational roles
- Previous player/coach role experience
- Startup experience is a bonus

- Source passive candidates
- Manage relationships with C-suite candidates
- Develop and share recruiting best practices
