Product Support

General Responsibilities

Configure catalogs and everything required to enable a point of sale with a smart terminal. Test equipment and provide training, support, and follow-up. Coordinate necessary support from EVERTEC's internal units to ensure alignment between the sales force, product managers, business analysts, and operational support for product development initiatives. Participate in one or more aspects of product development, including market & competitor analysis and monitoring of product performance.

Performs duties through methods and actions that are consistently ethical and in total compliance with the laws, applicable regulations, Code of Ethics, corporate policies and guidelines and rules of conduct. Completes corporate trainings and certifications intended for the detection and prevention of money laundering related activities and fraud, insider training and conflict of interest policies and procedures, as applicable.

Education and Experience Required

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration from an accredited institution is preferred.
  • At least one year of related experience in product support and customer service.

Knowledge and Skills Required

  • Technical knowledge in networks.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Bilingual, oral, and written in English and Spanish.

Additional Information

Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00PM

Available to work extended hours, weekends and/or holidays as needed and the availability to travel as required supporting projects in the region.
