Position: Marketing and Sales Enablement Manager
  • As the Marketing and Sales Enablement Manager at Product Ventures, you will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing and sales initiatives to new heights. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enable our sales team, enhance brand visibility, and drive revenue growth. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and hands-on execution.


Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Proven experience in marketing and sales enablement roles, preferably within a B2B or design agency environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate leads, drive brand awareness, and support sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing collateral, presentations, and sales tools that effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Manage the creation and distribution of sales enablement materials, including product guides, case studies, and sales playbooks.
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs, provide training and support, and ensure alignment with marketing efforts.
  • Implement and optimize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to streamline processes and improve sales efficiency.
  • Measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and sales enablement initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
