What You’ll Do
In this role, you'll drive Flatiron product education and usage standardization for our community oncology users and our employees by developing engaging, accessible, and effective experiences. As a Training Operations and Content Specialist, you’ll collaborate with various cross-functional teams to design and deliver timely resources in a variety of formats to train and onboard key stakeholders. You’ll also identify knowledge gaps and ongoing education needs to create online curriculum for our users as they engage with our software. You’ll also:
- Collaborate with various teams across the organization (e.g., Clinical Oncology, Product, Implementation) to capture in-depth knowledge of workflows and design, build, and deliver training experiences
- Identify key gaps in training programs and develop interventions
- Manage education needs for product rollouts
- Ensure product education content and resources are timely, accessible, and usable
- Translate product knowledge into various formats and delivery methods (e.g., e-learning courses, articles, job aids, videos, in-app messaging, etc.)
- Collaborate with Operations teams to establish metrics and evaluation processes to assess the impact and success of educational content
- Develop and share best practices for knowledge management, training, and documentation
- Review and edit content to ensure high quality and accuracy of documentation
Who You Are
- You have 1-3 years work experience in developing training, e-learning materials/curriculum, and managing project timelines
- You have experience designing and implementing training programs to support customer and employee education
- You are knowledgeable in creative training techniques, accelerated learning, L&D best practices, and evaluation standards
- You have experience with e-learning authoring software
- You are familiar with Learning Management Systems
- You have the ability to work with diverse stakeholders and collaborate in teams to meet objectives
- You are a quick-learner and able to work with self-direction and autonomy
Extra Credit
- Degree or certification related to instructional design, especially with a focus on digital and adult learning
- Experience in multimedia and video editing
- Strong technical writing experience
- Experience in program management of software education initiative rollouts
- Healthcare technology and/or EHR experience
- Portfolio or body of work for review
