Description/Job Summary

Position: Production Associate 2 / Point Operator

Hours: Mon- Thur 6:00 Am - 4:00 Pm

Salary: $20.04 per Hour

SUMMARY

The Point Operator is responsible for packing finished product on skids, quality checks, banding, side board install, stretch wrapping, and moving finished product to finished goods.

Essential Functions:

• Lifting 5 - 50 pounds repetitively

• Standing demands up to 9 hours per day

• Reading tape measure, calipers

• Bending at waist

• Forklift Operation

• Banding

• Pneumatic gun operation(nail/stapple)

• Fill out required paperwork

• Inform glue operator of product defects

• Occasionally tie bales when baler is full
  

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

• High School/GED
  

Experience / Abilities:

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred but not necessary
  

Computer skills:

• None required
