Production Operator (1st Shift)

CoWorx Staffing is hiring Production Operators with one of our clients in Ossipee, NH!
1st shift, Mon-Thurs 6am-4pm. Payrate $18-$19.75/hr depending on experience!
Operators run a bag machine, converting plastic products in the form of rolls into individual bags. They also run a Flexographic printing press, printing on plastic in the form of rolls. They are responsible for working safely on the production floor, maintaining throughput, quality, waste reduction and minimizing downtime.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates and meets qualification in counting, quality inspecting, and packing to documented production orders.
• Demonstrates teamwork in all phases of operation.
• Sets up and starts all machines, checking all controls for adherence to operating procedures.
• Monitors production and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation. Adjusts equipment parameters when necessary.
• Operates machinery and handles materials according to standard operating procedures.
• Examines materials visually or physically to ensure conformance with established standards.
• Refers issues/problems to lead/supervisor for disposition.
• Performs all required machine and work area cleaning.
• Responsible for data accuracy.
• Documents work completed as required including manufacturing logs, data reports, procedures, etc.
