Operates production process and equipment according to work instructions including, but not limited to: automated screw machines, various test equipment and machines used in the production of night vision products.
Participates in meeting daily and weekly production demands - ensuring acceptable throughput and quality. Performs work in an efficient manner.
Enters production information into the manufacturing execution system. Marks down failures on tick sheets.
Performs recurring operator total productive maintenance activities.
Participates in 5S and safety initiatives. Performs work in a safe manner.
Education, Experience and Skills Requirements:
High School diploma, or equivalent.
Experience in electro-mechanical production desired. At least 1 year relevant production
environment experience or equivalent preferred, but not required.
Team player; ability to multi-task and learn new tasks and processes quickly. Ability to communicate effectively in English.
