Position Overview/Introduction
Position location: Tomah, WI

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
  • Operate the CCI/Dryer/Batching/Evaporator systems at maximum capability according to documented process and procedures.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the readings on both the drying infeed and they dryer exit brix.
  • Perform an acid/brix test on finished product.
  • Monitor crying infeed conveyors to keep an even bed depth.
  • Navigate control screens successfully.
  • Unload sugar trucks and loads juice tanker trucker per SOP (standard operating procedure)
  • Monitory dryer belt tracking and identify problems.
  • Identify proper steady state and function of the intermediate belts/conveyor spray wash and cluster busters.
  • Perform in-process cleaning and data entry for QA tracking.
  • Knowledge of evaporator controls functions and processing parameters.
  • Ability to start up/shutdown processes including CIP (clean in place) successfully.
  • Resolve backup issues.
  • Run process of (2) CCI’s and (2) Dryers and the set points.
  • Responsible for work order and picking location in WMS (weight management systems)
What We’re Looking For:
  • OSC Forklift Certification.
  • Knowledge/compliance of the Plant’s GMP
  • Remain updated with the Plant’s SOP and SSOP(s)
  • Adhere to the Plant’s LOTOTO policy/procedures
  • Consistently wear proper PPE
  • Understand First-Pass Quality
  • Adheres to applicable Safety policies
  • Ability to effectively communicate with others, proficiency in reading, writing and math skills
  • Must be able to accomplish changeovers
  • Navigate controls screens
  • Good personal hygiene
