We are currently hiring for 2nd shift only. Hours are 2:50 pm - 10:50 pm, Monday - Friday.

EFFECTIVE JUNE 1st: Starting pay of $19.00 per hour - 5 day work week, Monday through Friday.

Must be available for occasional overtime; 4 hours on either side of shift time to cover for absenteeism.

Role Purpose:

To perform all duties for the insert line.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for inserting appropriate frames, wires, velcro, typar, foam blocks, elites, etc. Into molds just prior to pouring foam.
• May perform other jobs as required.
• Responsible for production department housekeeping and to cover for absenteeism.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of / and compliance with Safety Regulations.
• Be dependable and have a good attendance record.
• Be available to work overtime.
• Be able to work in a team environment.
• Be able to communicate in a professional manner with team members.
• Self starter, with demonstrated continuous improvement traits; effective at working independently.
• Perform tasks through its completion.
