Begin an academic certificate program while working and learning on site in our Seneca, SC site from some of the best in the business. During your time here we don’t want you to sweat the small stuff so BASF will cover the entire cost of your educational program, including books!

Prior to starting your academic program, you will have opportunities to…

Work hands-on in our Seneca, SC plant recycling specialty chemical catalysts and precious metal chemicals.

Operate process equipment to maintain product within customer specifications Operate a forklift Maintain lot integrity by keeping accurate batch/run sheets. Attend plant safety meetings and participate in incident investigations

Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent

Have a HS Diploma or GED Are able to work 12hr fixed shifts (day OR night/weekends and holidays) Are willing to enroll in a certificate program to launch a career in Manufacturing
