PRODUCTION TRAINER
The Manufacturing Trainer trains hourly Team Members on Roles and Responsibilities. Leads onboarding training for new Manufacturing Trainers. Conducts training audits to ensure compliance to Standard Work Documents and provides remedial training as required. Schedules and delivers refresher training. Proposes tools, methods, improvements and customized solutions to increase the skill of the Manufacturing Trainers.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate Manufacturing Trainers' skills, scanning and perform SOP audits on new hires.
- Identify areas in Manufacturing Trainers' skills that require improvement.
- Organize training sessions specific to various hourly roles in the company.
- Ensure that new Manufacturing Trainers receive appropriate introductory training.
- Schedule training and workshops.

Requirements:
- Minimum five years’ shop floor experience in a manufacturing operation.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Career & Technical Education and/or vocational area of focus is preferred.
- Degree or technical certificate in applied technology or related field is a differentiator.
- Prior experience training others.
- Prior experience in an off-line role within Manufacturing Trainers (PIV training, scanning and R&R).
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Basic level proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint (call-up files and speak to presentations) and Excel (basic data entry).
- Highly organized and proficient in time management.
- Ability to convey complex information in a way that people understand.
- Spanish Skills language is a differentiator.
