Job Description:
  • Designs, develops and assists in the implementation of new learning programs in a variety of formats in order to achieve the applicable learning approach
  • Conducts needs analysis and determines appropriate delivery method of training
  • Reviews and maintains existing learning programs to ensure relevancy and accuracy of content
  • Under leader’s guidance, edits, updates and/or re-designs content to ensure all training programs remain in alignment with training objectives and expectations
  • Builds relationships and consults with key stakeholders to create engaging training, learn about operational needs, performance concerns, and satisfy requirements of our compliance training standard
  • Manages assigned projects to provide on-time deployment of learning
  • Contributes to reporting, tracking, and measuring effectiveness and business impact of learning solutions
  • Interfaces with employees at all levels in the organization
  • Relates business needs to learning solutions
  • Balances multiple projects
  • Delivers some in-person classroom training to serve new and existing employee training needs or delivers remote training via webinars or other remote delivery methods
Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree with facilitation experience as well as a minimum of 2+ years of instructional design
  • Ability to perform as a professional with a full understanding of industry practices and established policies and procedures
  • Experience developing and designing engaging content
  • Skilled at using a variety of delivery tools including eLearning tools (e.g. Captivate, Articulate360, Camtasia, Explaindio)
  • Sets objectives for project goals and meets deadlines
  • Ability to use expertise of other team members and leverage a wide range of additional resources to explore/implement creative solutions
  • Adept at facilitating learning and making effective presentations
  • Skilled at project planning
  • Mortgage, Real Estate, or Financial Services is helpful but not required
  • Position is located in Irving office and does not require travel
