Wayne State University is searching for an experienced Professional Temporary- International Students and Scholars at its Detroit campus location.

Essential functions (job duties):
Provide temporary office support to the Office of International Students and Scholars.
Greet all OISS visitors.
Coordinate the front desk operations and perform reception/secretarial duties.
Process insurance enrollment forms for international students and scholars.
Assist health insurance staff in resolving refunds, unpaid claims, and other related insurance issues.
Maintain, modify, and update the health insurance record of international students and scholars as needed.
Perform a variety of routine clerical and general office duties and other related duties as assigned.
