Job Description

Summary:

As the Program & Incentive Assistant, you will be responsible for the implementation and fulfillment of incentive programs across multiple sales channels within Vivint Inside Sales.
You will assist the Program & Incentive Manager by helping drive the strategic design and implementation of multiple incentive compensation programs throughout the year.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement company incentives, competitions
  • Work with manager to achieve greater levels of employee satisfaction
  • Develop and create interesting ways to help motivate and inspire employees
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and drive efforts to improve the overall sales incentive foundation
  • Develop and maintain sales incentive processes and policy definitions as well as build systems to ensure compliance to policies
  • Partner with leadership to for recognition initiatives
  • Drive operational efficiency by leveraging industry best practices and designing process, tool, and dashboard improvements to improve and design incentives
  • Preparing documentation for meetings and proposals
  • Managing online resources & maintaining websites
  • Processing payments for vendors and suppliers
  • Maintaining records of reward distributions
  • Attending staff meetings and taking minutes
  • Maintaining active communication on various platforms
  • Maintaining office calendars and sending out reminders of impending appointments
  • Compiling and sending bulk mailings
  • Proofreading and making copies of documents
  • Assisting in the planning and overseeing significant events
  • Assisting in managing the budget for special and routine events
  • Making reservations for various meetings
  • Acting as a liaison between different departments

Required Skills, Experience & Education:

  • Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Strong effective communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational abilities
  • Ability to take initiative and operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple events/initiatives
  • High school diploma/G.E.D.
  • 1-2 years of event planning/management

WORKING CONDITIONS:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
