Program Coordinator, Change Management

Position Narrative (Overview) – – SageSure, the insurance first, tech-forward, capital-lite managing general underwriter that focuses on the underserved, preferred homeowners middle-market, is seeking a Program Coordinator, Change Management. We pride ourselves on our proven analytical approach and our rigorous underwriting, and we are both profitable and still growing rapidly. This key role is responsible for end-to-end orchestration for the communication of all work moving through the "product factory" to our external stakeholders in Sales & Marketing, Operating Analytics, Underwriting, Policy Services and Claims.

This role will have significant interaction across our organization including with our executive leadership. Given the broad reach of this role, the candidate will need to work in a highly collaborative fashion and have an exceptional ability to build relationships.

What you'll be doing:

• Product Delivery
  • Communicate the roadmap and delivery for new products, underwriting guidelines, forms, rates, market restrictions, new software-product capabilities, and production support across our Personal Lines Portfolio to all external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings with key stakeholders in Sales & Marketing, Operating Analytics, Underwriting, Policy Services and Claims.
  • Identify potential impacts and cross-functional change management related to new products or product changes.
  • Develop and execute ongoing and topical enterprise-wide product communications and coordinate weekly planning related to the Personal Lines Portfolio
  • Process coaching for JIRA management and ticket workflow.
  • Build out a communication delivery process to scale as our Commercial Lines Portfolio grows.
  • Provide support in the coordination of daily standup to ensure clarity on priorities, status, and schedule across the "Product Factory" including Product Analysis, Product Engineering, and Product Quality.
• Support
  • Orchestrate clear and effective communication within the organization related to in-market issues related to our Personal Lines Portfolio.
  • Provide support to the Personal Lines & Commercial Lines Coordinators as our priorities shift.
• Process Improvement
  • Identify delivery communication gaps and proactively address these to support our external stakeholders.

We're looking for someone how has:

• Strong personal lines property insurance knowledge.
• Project management / project coordination experience.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical and business items clearly and succinctly, both written and verbally.
• Ability to work effectively across technical and business-oriented stakeholders.
• Ability to learn new concepts quickly and apply skills learned on the job in a rapid and effective manner.
• Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to reach logical, sound decisions and conclusions.
• Excellent ability to coordinate people, with high energy and a sense of urgency.
• Experience working with Confluence & JIRA.
• Bachelor's degree.

Highly preferred candidates will also have:

• Experience working with Smartsheet & Domo
• Consulting experience
