Position Summary:
The Program Execution Manager will be responsible for driving operational initiatives to achieve positive business outcomes for Amerit and our customer.
The ideal candidate will be an operational leader that works with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of pre-launch initiatives. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required to establish processes for station set-up, parts/tooling receival and organization, and field communication on standard process adherence.

Compensation: Competitive Pay - Paid weekly, every Friday! Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Own pre-launch tasks such as station setup, stocking plan for parts/inventory and part storage organization.

Standardize operational processes to maximize efficiency and performance at program stations.

Work closely with the Operations team to ensure accountability of standard procedures in place.

Engage with customers regularly to monitor concerns and sentiment.

Travel to stations to audit part storage, shop cleanliness, organization, and day to day process adherence

Develop action plans to address customer concerns and feedback to maximize adoption of Amerit services and customer experience.

Monitor post launch activities such as workload, technician capacity and part availability and make recommendations for improvement and/or efficiency.
