Bell Flight in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an experienced Program Integrator to join Bell’s Virgin Galactic Program Team.
As the Program Integrator, you are responsible for project coordination, project management and program data management supporting Bell’s Virgin Galactic program leadership.
You will be a key contributor in preparation for stakeholder coordination, internal and external engagements, and senior leadership events including development of presentation materials and coordination of detailed logistics. You will standardize program requirements and formatting across multiple cross-functional teams supporting commercial programs company wide.
Job Responsibilities:
- Update relevant program metrics and provide analysis for leader level briefings.
- Track and monitor action items and metrics for Bell’ Virgin Galactic program.
- Organize and coordinate internal customers, teammates and suppliers’ activities and events.
- Coordinate, integrate, and populate Monthly Operating Review.
- Coordinate and run all internal & external program level meetings.
- Program Input for Quarterly Business Review, and regularly scheduled Townhall events.
- Trade Show coordination with corporate events team when necessary.
- Standardize program requirements and formatting across multiple cross-functional teams supporting programs company wide.
- Manage meeting requests for the respective director relevant to work scope.
- Communicate with functional team members on impacting activities and initiatives.
- Manage relevant SharePoint site(s) and MS Teams Document Hubs.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, IT, or similar discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience creating presentations, reports, and metrics.
- Minimum 1 year of project coordination & project management working with project planning of milestones, metrics & reporting.
- Demonstrated expertise utilizing MS Excel and MS PowerPoint capabilities.
- Proven success in data management (MS Excel Analytics)
- SharePoint Administrator experience or MS Teams Hubs experience or similar document management systems
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong collaboration skills are of great importance to work effectively with customers and with representatives from other departments.
- Organization, planning, and prioritization to effectively support a variety of assignments.
- Self-Starter with demonstrated ability to follow through with project plans.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Executive Level Presentation Development Experience
